They are ugly fish and as there is not much commercial use for the boats that catch them here we tend to get given a few boxes each year by the fishing boats. Last saturday it is the fish I used for making Fish and Chips and even though I am not that into eating fish it was quite tasty. Kieron mentioned that if you saw them before being skinned and filleted it would be something you would think to eat!
