As it was close to 4th July I decided to make food that was themed on what I would have had at home had I been in SF for the 4th.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.racingyachtmanagement.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/pancake.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3762 colorbox-3757\" title=\"pancake\" src=\"http:\/\/www.racingyachtmanagement.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/pancake.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"364\" height=\"336\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI did a barley yoghurt pancake breakfast with a choice of bananna or pumpkin muffins. Not sure I will do it again the buckwheats I feel were much tastier!
